1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Rippl ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rippl is a location-based social platform that allows users to share ephemeral posts visible to nearby users. Posts automatically expire after 4 hours.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rippl. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post sexually explicit content or content involving minors
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam, advertise, or solicit without permission
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Upload malware or malicious content
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Circumvent or disable any security features

6. Content Policy

• You retain ownership of content you post
• By posting, you grant Rippl a temporary license to display your content to nearby users
• This license expires when your post is automatically deleted (4 hours)
• We may remove content that violates these terms without notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Rippl app, its design, code, and branding are owned by Rippl. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of Rippl is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of user-generated content
• We are not responsible for content posted by users
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rippl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from app settings.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
